Debt Is Never The Issue But How You Handle It, Is!

Dear Friend,

Having been into the Business and Practice of Debt Recovery for a decade plus, I can tell you for free that a lot of debt issues are not always handled properly (both from the debtor and creditor side)

But, since this post is STRICTLY for those owing, I want to tell you a fact that is clear, simple and an absolute truth

DEBT HAS NEVER BEEN THE MAIN ISSUE, BUT HOW YOU GO ABOUT IT, HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE MAJOR PROBLEM ………………

How?! (Just in case you are wondering)

So that you would know…..

Monies are meant to be Loan, Spent, Paid back and some Owed

Now, let me break that down a little bit

Every money lender or digital bank into the business of money lending is aiming for what? – CUSTOMERS TO TAKE LOANS

I mean, who opens a restaurant and nobody goes in to buy their food and drinks, before you know it they will close down, right?!

Now, that is exactly how it is in the banking and money lending world, even the bank giving you money knows that one way or the other, some loan applicants may end up owing, that is why they have terms and conditions guiding each loan transaction, in the event you actually end up owing them.

I needed to make this point, so that as a debtor (whether in personal or business capacity), you can clearly understand that debt is not crime and has never been………………….

However, debt can eventually become a crime depending on how you go about it.

For example;

How do you owe someone or a bank and do the following;

  • Become unreachable
  • Destroy the SIM Card they know you with
  • Never respond to their mails
  • Never pickup nor return their calls
  • Become COMPLETELY incommunicado i.e. totally unreachable from both ends (you do not reach out to them and you also block all avenues of them reaching out to you)
  • Not make plans to pay at all

The list is actually endless!

You cannot do that because as a debtor, you have a legal duty to pay your debts and the creditor (the person or bank you are owing) has the legal right to recover the money you are owing.

Oh! I forgot to add, there are also legal consequences too for not paying your debts, which comes with quite a number of legal liabilities.

So Dear Friend,

Instead of trying to play smart, why not let me teach you simple Legal Debt Management Strategies on how to have a soft landing with your Creditor/Lender, REPAY YOUR DEBT WITH EASE; so that you can have a breathing space to do other meaningful things in your life.

Remember, he who owes must pay

This is worth thinking about.
